As both a former owner of a large bridal store AND a retired divorce attorney, I’ve seen both sides of relationships: those individuals who fully expect to live “happily ever after” and those who believe their marriages are irreconcilable. I’ve seen even the healthiest of marriages struggle, and it’s no wonder that during the current pandemic with all of its financial, childrearing, and health-related stressors, so many marriages have been taxed beyond their limits.
